Return and Refund Policy

At Luv Saffron, we are dedicated to offering high-quality products and providing excellent customer service. We want you to be happy with your Luv Saffron purchase because when you’re happy, we’re happy!

We understand that there may be occasions when a return or refund is necessary. Our Returns & Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning a product and receiving a refund.

Return Eligibility:

  • The product(s) must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, with tags, and in the same condition as when you received it, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewelry and hair accessories. 

Luv Saffron reserves the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team at hello@luvsaffron.com within 14 days of receiving the product(s). Please provide your order number and a clear description of the damage, incorrect product received, or other reasons for returning the product(s), along with supporting images.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions for returning the product.
  3. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on where and how to send the package. In cases where returns are not accepted, we will provide you with the reasons for the unacceptance.

Please note that items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your return and inspect the product(s) in unused and saleable condition, we will process your refund, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will appear within 14 business days on the original form of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We will notify you as soon as the refund is processed from our end.

Important Information:

 If you have received a damaged or incorrect product(s), we will provide a full refund, including shipping fees, and cover the return shipping costs. For all other instances, please be aware of the following:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from your refund.
  • It is customer’s responsibility to send the product(s) back to our store address in Dubai, UAE.

We strongly recommend inspecting the delivered product(s) upon receipt and promptly reporting any damage or defect to ensure a smooth return and refund process.
