What is an account and why should I register?
An account will allow you to purchase our products online faster. It is convenient, as it will also allow you to save your shipping information for a seamless checkout. Also, by accessing your account, you can view you purchase history.

Your card will always be charged in the local currency.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The shipping time depends on your location and typically ranges between 4-12 days.
Here are the estimated shipping times by regions:
· UAE: 4-8 days
· UK & South Africa: 4-9 days
· USA & Canada: 8-11 days
· All other EU countries: 7-12 days
· Australia and New Zealand: 7-12 days
Please note that remote regions may experience a few extra days of delivery time.
What happens if my shipment is delayed?
In rare cases where your shipment is delayed for any reason and it is expected to take longer than the above-mentioned timeframes, we will promptly contact you via email to inform you about the delay.

Important note: We currently ship most of our products internationally, but there are some products which are exclusively available for delivery within UAE only. We regret to inform you that these products cannot be shipped internationally at the moment.
There is a special mention on the product page, if the product is only available in UAE. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free international shipping for orders over AED 350 ( approx. USD 95) or equivalent in local currency. For orders below AED 350, there is a flat shipping fee of AED 25 in UAE (United Arab Emirates) and USD 10 (or equivalent in local currency) everywhere else.
Please note that this fee will be converted to your country's local currency.
What happens if I purchase multiple items?
If you purchase multiple items, we will ship out each item as soon as it is ready. This means that your order may arrive in multiple packages.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as it becomes available, typically within 2-4 days after placing your order. You will also receive an email notification with your tracking number. This will allow you to keep track of the delivery status.
Will I receive any notification when goods are out for delivery? What if I'm not there?
Once the order is out for delivery, the delivery guys will contact you. If you are not around to accept the order, they will offer you the option to either arrange for a self-pickup or reschedule the delivery.
Returns & Cancellation
Can I return the item I ordered?
Yes, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, with tags, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a full refund, including shipping fees, and cover the return shipping costs. In all other instances, please note the following shall apply:
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
• Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from your refund.
• We currently do not provide a returns pick-up service. It is the customer's responsibility to send the product(s) back to our store address in Dubai, UAE.
To start a return, please email the details (order number, item(s) for return, and reason) to hello@luvsaffron.com. After accepting your return, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on where and how to send the package. Please remember that items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned items and complete the assessment, we will process the refund to your original payment method. If you have any further questions about returns, please contact us at hello@luvsaffron.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not been dispatched yet. If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately at hello@luvsaffron.com and send us the details of your order, such as order number. We will check if cancellation is still possible and assist you accordingly.
