Returns Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
  • To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • We offer an exchange, refund to the original payment method, or store credit, as per your preference.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@luvsaffron.com or WhatsApp us at +971 50 201 3803 with your order number and details of the item(s) to be returned.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.
  3. A return pickup will be arranged within 2-3 working days from your provided address.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure every product goes through a rigorous quality check and is securely packed before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, here’s what to do:

  1. Take a clear photo of the defect.
  2. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide a refund or replacement based on your preference.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank account details to initiate the transfer.
  • Refunds may take 15 to 30 days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
